From order confirmation to delivery, the typical timeline is 3 to 4 months: approximately 30 days to manufacture and 60 to 90 days for delivery. Assembly on-site takes approximately 30 minutes.
Yes. The modular design allows for disassembly, relocation, and reassembly — making THiNQ homes ideal if you ever need to move the structure to a different plot.
