What is the minimum order volume?

There is no minimum — we work with developers from a single pilot unit through to full residential schemes. Volume pricing and priority scheduling apply from 3 units.

How quickly can each unit be assembled on-site?

With an average team of 5 workers, one unit is fully unfolded and assembled in approximately 30 minutes. For multi-unit schemes, consecutive units can follow immediately — minimising your site programme duration significantly.

What are the lead times for a multi-unit order?

Production takes approximately 30 days per batch. Shipping and delivery takes 60 to 90 days. Multi-unit orders are scheduled by batch — contact us with your scheme requirements for a specific delivery timeline.

What warranty do units carry?

Every unit comes with a 1-year structural warranty from delivery. Additional warranty years can be purchased. All units are built to a 30 to 40-year design lifespan.

Do units meet UK Building Regulations?

Our units are required to meet the same Building Regulations as any UK residential build — structure, fire safety, insulation, and ventilation. We work with building control bodies and follow the BOPAS pathway for compliance and mortgageability. We advise all customers to ensure all required local licences are obtained and to seek local legal advisory.
